We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to manage core HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle.

Experience: 4–8 Years
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee exit & clearance processes
Handle employee mobility, transfers, travel, visa & immigration processes
Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS
Resolve employee queries and coordinate with stakeholders
Ensure compliance with HR policies and documentation
Support HR transformation, process improvement & automation
Prepare HR reports and analyze employee data
Required Skills
Strong experience in HR Operations & Exit Management
Employee mobility / transfer / visa management
HRMS administration & employee data management
Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Validation, Reporting & Analysis
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Preferred
PeopleSoft / SAP HR
HR Reporting & Analytics
HR process improvement / operational projects
