Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SAP S/4HANA – IT Executive (Public Cloud) role based in Raipur. The IT Executive will manage and support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments, including system monitoring, user administration, and coordination with implementation and functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements. Responsibilities include providing day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues, and ensuring stable IT operations across networks, systems, and related services. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain system performance, security, and compliance, as well as assisting in upgrades, patches, and integration projects. The IT Executive will also document processes, maintain knowledge bases, and contribute to continuous improvement of IT and SAP-related workflows.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and related IT systems.
Candidates should possess solid Network Administration and IT Operations skills to ensure stable, secure, and efficient infrastructure.
Candidates should possess a good foundation in Information Technology, including systems, applications, and cloud-based environments.
Relevant experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferably Public Cloud) configuration, user management, and incident resolution is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
