Role Description The Senior Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple functions and levels. This role includes partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, creating inclusive job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process. The Senior Recruiter will oversee recruitment metrics, maintain applicant tracking systems, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. Day-to-day tasks also involve building talent pipelines, coordinating with HR and business leaders on workforce planning, and supporting employer branding initiatives. The role requires adherence to non-discriminatory hiring practices and alignment with the company’s values of sustainability and community engagement.
Qualifications
Must have handled Plant level hiring.
Strong talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for diverse roles and seniority levels.
Experience collaborating with hiring managers on workforce planning, job design, and recruitment strategy.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HRIS tools, and recruitment-related reporting and analytics.
Skills in employer branding, networking, and building long-term talent pipelines through multiple channels.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced HR certifications and experience in manufacturing or FMCG sectors are beneficial.
