What makes the role meaty?
Accurately process vendor and supplier invoices in SAP on timely Manner.
Perform two-way, three-way matching
Detailed Knowledge of TDS and GST
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
Perform weekly/monthly reconciliations of AP balances, ensuring discrepancies are promptly resolved.
Communicate with internal Stake holders to resolve billing issues, disputes, and inquiries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Manage/Maintain the vendor master data in the accounting system SAP
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts payable
Support internal and external audits by providing invoice-related documentation and records.
We hope that you have…
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Finance, or a related field preferred.
3-8 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and accounting software (ERP systems such as SAP)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial regulations.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
