Position: Operations Executive

Location: Seoni Malwa, Madhya Pradesh
Key Responsibilities
Mark and monitor daily morning attendance of drivers and helpers.
Assign wards/areas to field staff as per the daily schedule.
Manage daily manpower deployment and ensure proper utilization of resources.
Coordinate with field employees and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Monitor daily field operations and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management.
Maintain attendance, manpower, and operational records.
Coordinate with supervisors and field teams for smooth execution of operations.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines.
Support management in achieving daily operational targets.
Eligibility
Minimum Graduate in any stream.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and report preparation.
Good manpower handling and team coordination skills.
Responsible, punctual, and proactive approach.
Previous experience in field operations/manpower handling will be preferred.
Candidates from Seoni Malwa or nearby areas will be preferred.
