Tele Sales Agent

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Sales Agent for one of our largest gaming clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for introducing the iGaming platform to potential players, onboarding new users, providing guidance and support, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to overall user grow.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential players through approved channels.
Introduce the platform and onboard new players.
Guide players on platform features, registration, and general usage.
Provide clear and accurate product information based on player needs.
Respond to player inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Handle player concerns and complaints and coordinate with the relevant team when required.
Maintain accurate records of player interactions and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with players.
Qualifications & Skills
1–2 years of experience in iGaming, or tele sales industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
Confident, target-driven, and comfortable communicating with new customers.
Ability to work independently and manage player follow-ups effectively.
Fluency in English plus one or more Indian languages, such as Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, etc.
Must be currently residing in India.
