Position: Organic Lead Generation Executive

Whether you're a fresher looking to gain hands-on experience or someone with up to 1 year of experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified student leads daily through organic methods.
Use platforms such as:
LinkedIn, reddit , appolo , Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, Student communities, College groups
Other relevant online platforms
Identify and connect with students who have completed or are completing Class 12.
Share basic information about our diploma programs.
Maintain lead records and update them regularly.
Coordinate with the admissions team for lead handover.
Consistently achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Eligibility
Freshers are welcome.
MBA students and graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, business development, or community outreach will have an added advantage.
Good communication skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Compensation
Performance-based monthly payout:
Compensation depends on the quality and quantity of qualified leads generated.
