About the Role
Vedricx Global is looking for a Training & Development Intern who is confident in communication, comfortable interacting with learners, and genuinely interested in training and development.
As a Training & Development Intern, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions based on the training material and trainer book provided by the company.
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct online training sessions for assigned learners.
Follow the trainer book and training material provided by the company.
Explain the assigned topics clearly and practically.
Engage with learners and encourage active participation.
Answer basic learner queries related to the training topics.
Maintain professionalism and punctuality during sessions.
Take feedback and continuously improve training delivery.
Complete assigned training modules within the given timeline.
Eligibility
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in speaking and interacting with people.
Comfortable conducting online training sessions.
Able to commit 2 hours daily during the assigned time window.
Willing to learn and follow company-provided training material.
Candidates who are genuinely interested in training, teaching, communication, HR, or people development are preferred.
