🔹 Role: Senior Professional Services Engineer – NTRX
We are looking for a Senior Professional Services Engineer with strong experience in Financial Services/Banking, recording solutions, telephony, networking, and client-facing technical support.
✅ Must-Have Skills
Financial Services / Banking Domain – 5–7 years
NiCE / Verint / Recording Solutions – Installation, Configuration, Upgrades & Maintenance
NiCE NTRX – Hands-on experience
Microsoft Windows Server / OS
Telephony: IP/SIP communication analysis & strong telephony background
Networking: OSI 7-layer, TCP/UDP, LAN/WAN, NICs, Switches & Routers
Troubleshooting: Wireshark, Log Analysis & Network Testing Utilities
Scripting: Basic SQL / Shell – Query & Update
Client-facing communication & technical discussions
Cisco, Avaya & Varient – Mandatory
⭐ Good to Have
PBX, Switch & ACD integrations
Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Amazon Connect
AWS / Azure
VMware / Citrix
MDC, LDAP, SSO, ACD Integration
DB Migration, DR & HA Designs
Active Directory, GPO, DNS, Certificate Authority, EFS & Hardening
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Install, integrate and configure NiCE NTR-x recording solutions
Configure solutions based on customer requirements and design specifications
Execute unit, functional and system testing; support UAT and data validation
Assist customers/vendors with NiCE integration points
Provide technical expertise across the NiCE product suite
Troubleshoot and escalate issues to Support, R&D and Management
Maintain proactive communication with clients and management
Support after-hours, weekends, client-site and cross-time-zone requirements
Share customer feedback with R&D for product improvements
