We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a large-scale Capital Markets / Banking platform modernization program.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews and Retrospectives.
Track delivery, blockers, dependencies, risks, capacity and Agile metrics.
Partner with Product Owners on backlog readiness and prioritization.
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum practices and improve Scrum maturity.
Remove impediments and facilitate effective decision-making and conflict resolution.
Coordinate delivery across onshore/offshore teams and GCC partners.
Provide clear delivery status, risks and metrics to leadership.
Key Requirements
6+ years of Scrum Master experience with CSM/PSM preferred.
Strong Banking or Capital Markets domain experience.
Experience working with an IT Sales & Services company.
Experience collaborating with GCC partners and distributed teams.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, XP and Agile engineering practices.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Agile metrics, backlog management and delivery tracking.
Exposure to microservices, service-oriented environments, CI/CD, TDD/ATDD and automated testing.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills.
