Senior Software Engineer

🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Engineer to own and build high-volume, event-driven systems end-to-end. You’ll work on critical platforms including driver communications, onboarding workflows, applicant tracking, and live selling systems.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design, build, test & deploy scalable applications and services
Develop GraphQL APIs and event-driven backend services
Own the driver communications platform across SMS, Push & Email
Build onboarding, registration, eligibility and applicant tracking workflows
Develop live selling workflows using real-time offer and market data
Design reliable distributed systems with at-least-once delivery & idempotency
Improve system reliability, observability and production monitoring
Work closely with Product, Design, Operations & Data Science
Mentor engineers and maintain high engineering standards
Use AI-native development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.
🔹 Must-Have Skills
✅ 7+ years of production software engineering experience
✅ AWS Serverless: Lambda, AppSync, DynamoDB, EventBridge, SQS
✅ TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, React
✅ Strong experience with event-driven architecture
✅ DynamoDB Single-Table Design
✅ Third-party integrations & Webhooks
✅ Experience owning systems through production rollout
✅ Strong understanding of reliability, observability & distributed systems
