Job Title: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Experience: 6+ Years
Employment Type: Full time/Contract
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
Create and maintain Permission Roles, Permission Groups, and Target Populations.
Manage user access, role provisioning, and authorization requirements.
Strong experience in Segregation of Duties (SoD), including conflict identification, analysis, and remediation.
Conduct access reviews, security audits, and role optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve RBP/security-related issues across SuccessFactors modules.
Work with HR, functional, technical, and compliance teams on security requirements.
Support security configuration during implementations, enhancements, testing, and production support.
Required Skills
6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with strong RBP/Security expertise.
Hands-on experience with RBP, Role/Permission Groups, Target Population, and Provisioning.
Strong SoD / access governance experience.
Good understanding of SuccessFactors security architecture and authorization concepts.
Employee Central security experience is preferred.
Knowledge of SSO/IAM and user provisioning is an advantage.
