Sales Head (Consulting / Part-Time)

LiznrLegal is building a legal research and drafting. We're looking for a senior sales leader to design and install our sales process from the ground up, working in a fractional or consulting capacity — not a full-time seat.
What you'll own
- Define the ICP, segments and qualification criteria for our legal-tech offering
- Build the end-to-end sales process: pipeline stages, entry/exit criteria, handoffs
- Create the core sales assets — outreach sequences, discovery script, demo flow, objection playbook, pricing and proposal templates
- Set up and configure the CRM, with the reporting and hygiene rules that keep it usable
- Design the metrics that matter: activity, conversion by stage, cycle length, win rate
- Coach the existing team; help hire and onboard the first dedicated sales hires
- Advise on pricing, packaging and channel strategy as the motion matures
What we're looking for
- 15+ years in B2B sales, with meaningful time in SaaS
- Has personally built a sales process from zero, not just run one someone else designed
- Comfortable both closing deals and writing the playbook others will close from
- Strong on CRM implementation and sales analytics
- Legal-tech, fintech or regulated-industry experience is a plus
- Comfortable with the ambiguity of an early-stage environment
Engagement
- Consulting / fractional / part-time — 10 days or 80 hours per month
- Duration: initial 3–6 month engagement, extendable
- Remote, with [occasional travel / periodic on-site in Bhopal]
- Compensation: To be discussed [Fixed + equity]
