Role Description The Production Designer role at HPIPL is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Production Designer will be responsible for creating and adapting visual designs for print and digital production, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across marketing materials, product documentation, and signage. Day-to-day tasks include preparing artwork for production, collaborating with marketing, engineering, and sales teams to translate concepts into production-ready graphics, and coordinating with vendors or internal teams to ensure accurate and timely output. The role involves reviewing proofs, performing image editing and layout adjustments, and maintaining a library of design assets and templates that support HPIPL’s branding and communication needs. The Production Designer will also help optimize designs for cost-effective manufacturing while preserving quality and visual impact.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Design and Print Production, with experience turning concepts into production-ready files.
Candidates should possess practical Image Editing and Graphics skills for creating and refining visual assets for various formats.
Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Branding principles to maintain consistent visual identity across all materials.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent) and familiarity with prepress processes.
Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and the ability to work within technical and spatial constraints typical of infrastructure and hardware-related projects.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors on-site in Noida.
Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; experience in manufacturing, infrastructure, or industrial design environments is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving brand and production requirements in a fast-paced setting.
