Senior Manager – Client Engagement & Experiences

Role Purpose
The role requires a highly capable, self-driven professional who can independently lead strategic client engagement initiatives, collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, and deliver premium client experiences with operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Independently lead end-to-end planning and execution of client events, conferences, leadership engagements, sponsorships and experiential initiatives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously by developing project plans, timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution and proactive risk management.
Partner with internal stakeholders across business, marketing, communications, finance, legal and operations to drive project success.
Manage external partners including event agencies, hospitality partners, venues and vendors.
Leverage technology and AI tools to improve planning, productivity, collaboration and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
6-8 years of relevant experience in events, hospitality, consulting or project management, with demonstrated experience managing high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work with senior leadership.
Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using AI and digital productivity tools to improve project management, collaboration and operational efficiency.
Commercially aware with experience in budgeting and vendor management.
Proactive, resourceful, solution-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
