Role Description:
The HR cum Talent Hiring Manager will lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance functions. The role requires balancing strong hiring capabilities with efficient HR management to build a high-performing workforce within a fast-paced fintech environment/ Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Management
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer rollout.
Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring closures.
Design and implement sourcing strategies for niche roles in fintech, operations, credit, collections, and technology.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates through networking, job portals, social platforms, and referrals.
2. Campus Hiring
Plan and lead campus hiring initiatives for entry-level and trainee positions.
Connect with colleges, manage placement drives, internship programs, and build long-term campus relationships.
Conduct pre-placement talks, tests, group discussions, and interviews.
Ensure excellent student engagement and employer branding at campuses.
3. Onboarding & Induction
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding: documentation, background verification, induction planning, and joining formalities.
Conduct structured induction sessions and ensure smooth assimilation of new hires.
Monitor early employee experience and collect feedback for improvement.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and workplace support.
Facilitate conflict resolution, grievance handling, and performance-related discussions.
Contribute to building a positive and transparent work culture aligned with company values.
Organize engagement activities, employee events, and internal communication initiatives.
5. HR Administration & Compliance
Maintain up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory compliance, and audit requirements.
Support HR documentation, letters, and policy implementation.
Assist in labour compliance coordination and reporting.
6. Compensation & Benefits Support
• Assist employees with compensation structure clarifications and benefits-related queries.
• Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate salary inputs and timely processing.
• Manage benefits administration including leaves, reimbursements, and statutory benefits.
7. Training & Development
Support in identifying skill gaps and training needs across teams.
Plan and coordinate training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
Track employee training completion and maintain learning records.
8. HR Reporting & Process Improvements
Prepare periodic HR reports: headcount, attrition, hiring status, joining pipeline, etc.
Participate in HR projects such as policy updates, digitization initiatives, and process improvements.
Contribute to building efficient HR workflows, automation, and documentation standards.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition, preferably within Fintech/NBFC/Financial Services.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and interaction
Understanding of human resource management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle sensitive information confidentially
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience or academic projects related to HR management are a plus.
