About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can seamlessly blend visual design with compelling video storytelling. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working on government/ministry accounts and understand the nuances of public communication, compliance, and large-scale campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design high-impact creatives for digital, print, and social media campaigns
* Edit engaging videos including ads, reels, corporate films, and campaign content
* Ensure brand consistency across all communication assets
* Work closely with content, strategy, and client servicing teams
* Handle multiple projects with quick turnaround times, especially for time-sensitive government campaigns
* Incorporate feedback from internal teams and ministry stakeholders efficiently
Requirements:
* 3–4 years of experience in a marketing/creative agency
* Proven experience handling government/ministry or PSU accounts (highly preferred)
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
* Strong understanding of social media formats, trends, and video storytelling
* Ability to manage end-to-end creative execution under tight deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand and compliance guidelines
