About the Role
ANJ Creations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Executive – Social Media to work closely on the Ministry of Tourism account and contribute to high-visibility government and destination marketing campaigns.
This is a creative, strategic, and client-facing role for someone who understands how brands are built on social media and can translate a brief into compelling campaigns, content, and digital experiences.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of brand communication, campaign strategy, social media trends, influencer marketing, content ideation, and client servicing, with the ability to confidently present ideas and manage multiple stakeholders.
What You'll Own
Develop and execute social media strategies and content plans for the Ministry of Tourism and related tourism campaigns.
Understand the brand's positioning, communication objectives, target audiences, and tourism priorities and translate them into relevant digital content.
Ideate and develop creative campaigns, digital properties, topical content, and social-first communication around destinations, tourism initiatives, festivals, experiences, and national campaigns.
Develop monthly/weekly content calendars aligned with campaign objectives, key tourism moments, government initiatives, and relevant cultural occasions.
Work closely with creative, design, video, copy, and client servicing teams to take campaigns from ideation to execution.
Develop campaign pitches and creative presentations for clients, including campaign concepts, content pillars, social media strategies, influencer plans, and execution ideas.
Identify and evaluate relevant influencers, creators, travel communities, and digital personalities for tourism campaigns and brand collaborations.
Conceptualise and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer identification, campaign briefs, content direction, coordination, and performance tracking.
Stay updated on travel, tourism, social media, cultural, and digital trends and identify opportunities for real-time communication.
Monitor social media conversations, audience sentiment, competitor activity, and emerging trends to identify relevant communication opportunities.
Coordinate with Ministry/client stakeholders for briefs, presentations, feedback, approvals, and campaign execution.
Ensure that all communication is aligned with brand guidelines, government communication requirements, campaign objectives, and stakeholder expectations.
Track campaign performance and contribute to social media analytics, insights, and reporting.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency across platforms.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, advertising, or creative agencies.
Prior experience handling Government, Ministry, PSU, tourism, destination, institutional, or large-scale brand accounts will be strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, social media communication, campaign planning, and digital storytelling.
Demonstrated ability to develop creative campaign ideas and present/pitch them to clients.
Hands-on understanding of influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to interact directly with senior clients.
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms.
Ability to understand briefs, challenge ideas constructively, and convert strategic objectives into creative, actionable campaigns.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
