Job description: Intern - AI, Automation & Venture Execution
Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore

About The Gig
We are looking for a highly ambitious, curious and execution-oriented individual to work directly with the Founder across AI/technology and EV/automotive initiatives.
This is not a conventional internship where you are given repetitive tasks and expected to complete them.
You will work on ambiguous, high-impact problems
Where The Expectation Is To
Understand the objective → Research → Think → Recommend → Build → Test → Improve → Implement
You will be expected to use AI aggressively, discover new technologies and tools, build workflows and prototypes, automate repetitive work, analyse opportunities and help the Founder move significantly faster.
The right candidate will eventually be capable of operating as a Founder’s Office / AI Operations Associate, with the potential to grow into a long-term role.
What You Will Do
AI, Agents & Automation
This is the core of the role. You will continuously identify opportunities where AI, agents or automation can improve the way the Founder or company operates.
You May Be Expected To
Discover and evaluate new AI models, agents, tools and platforms.
Build AI-powered workflows and internal automation.
Experiment with AI coding agents and development tools.
Connect AI systems with APIs, databases and existing tools.
Automate repetitive research, reporting, documentation and operational processes.
Build internal AI assistants and specialised agents.
Test competing AI tools and determine which is most useful for a particular task.
Continuously improve the company's internal AI stack.
The expectation is not merely to know how to use AI tools, but to turn them into useful systems.
Build & Experiment
When a useful opportunity is identified, you should be capable of moving beyond analysis and creating a working solution.

Founder’s Office Execution
You will work directly with the Founder and support the execution of strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities May Include
Converting ideas into actionable workstreams.
Breaking large problems into smaller tasks.
Tracking projects and commitments.
Coordinating internally with relevant teams.
Following up on pending actions.
Preparing decision-ready reports.
Preparing presentations and analysis.
Maintaining documentation.
Turning discussions and ideas into structured action plans.
Identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
The goal is to reduce the amount of operational and analytical work that reaches the Founder.

Eligibility
Final-year undergraduate students or recent graduates.
Candidates from Engineering, Computer Science, AI/Data, Business or related backgrounds.
Candidates with strong projects, portfolios or demonstrated ability to build and execute are highly preferred.
