Role Description The Influencer Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying suitable influencers, coordinating outreach, and managing collaborations across social platforms. The Influencer Marketing Executive will support market planning and research to understand brand needs, audience preferences, and competitive trends, and will use these insights to optimize campaign strategies. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with influencers and brand partners, monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and working with internal marketing and sales teams to align influencer activities with broader brand goals. The role also includes maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring timely delivery of campaign assets and results.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing for designing and executing effective influencer campaigns.
Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze trends, audiences, and competitors for data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with influencers, internal teams, and brand stakeholders.
Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Marketing to support campaign pitching, client engagement, and performance-focused initiatives.
Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and digital marketing metrics.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
