AVP - SaaS Sales

Role Description
We are looking for an AVP – SaaS Sales to take ownership of our enterprise SaaS sales function and drive aggressive revenue growth.
This is a hunter + builder role. You will be expected to personally drive high-value enterprise deals while simultaneously building the sales engine, processes and team required to scale.
The ideal candidate has strong experience selling B2B SaaS / MarTech / AdTech / Marketing Technology to brands, agencies and enterprise customers and is comfortable operating in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own the enterprise SaaS revenue target for Viral Pitch.
Build and execute the sales strategy across brands, agencies and enterprise clients. Personally identify, prospect and close strategic accounts.
Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, events and industry relationships.
Engage with senior decision-makers including CMOs, Marketing Heads, Digital Heads, Procurement and Agency Leadership.
Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and position Viral Pitch's technology as a measurable business solution.
Build enterprise account plans for strategic customers and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Client Success and Leadership teams to improve the product-market fit and sales proposition.
Develop sales processes, playbooks, qualification frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
Hire, coach and develop a high-performing sales team as the business scales.
Build relationships with large agencies, holding companies, brands and technology partners.
