We specialize in: • End-to-end recruitment • Candidate sourcing and screening • Client requirement mapping • Hiring coordination and closures Our focus is on delivering the right talent while giving interns practical, hands-on exposure to real hiring processes. What You Will Be Learning • End-to-end recruitment process • Candidate sourcing and screening techniques • Practical communication and calling skills • Resume evaluation and shortlisting • Understanding client hiring requirements • Candidate follow-up and pipeline management • Real-time exposure to agency hiring workflows Stipend Structure Freshers (No Prior Experience): • 3 Weeks Training Period • ₹5,000 per month (Post Training) Candidates with Prior Recruitment/Agency Experience: • ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Based on experience)
