Senior Manager, Demand Generation
Location: Seshadripuram, Bengaluru (in-office)
Experience: 5–7 years
About Wisemonk
Wisemonk is an Employer of Record and global hiring platform that helps international companies - mostly US-headquartered - hire, pay, and manage talent in India. We work with 300+ global clients and run a lean, AI-native team where individual ownership is high and layers are few.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to own the top of our funnel end to end.
You will build and run the campaigns that put Wisemonk in front of US founders, CFOs, and talent leaders who are hiring in India — across LinkedIn, paid search and social, cold email, outbound calling, and whatever else earns its place in the mix. You will write the copy, build the sequences, set the targeting, read the data, and kill what does not work.
This is a hands-on role. You will be running channels yourself, not briefing an agency and reviewing decks. As the engine starts producing predictably, you will hire and lead the people who scale it.
What You Will Own
Qualified meetings booked. That is the number.
You will carry a monthly target for sales-qualified meetings delivered to the sales team, agreed quarterly and reviewed weekly. Everything else — impressions, clicks, form fills, open rates — is diagnostic. If the meetings are not landing, the campaign is not working.
You will also own:
- Channel strategy and budget allocation across LinkedIn, paid ads, cold email, and outbound calling
- Campaign creative and copy — ad copy, email sequences, landing pages, call scripts
- Audience and list building for the US mid-market and enterprise segments we sell into
- Cold email infrastructure: domain warmup, deliverability, sequencing, reply handling
- Outbound calling motion — scripts, cadence, and the systems that support it
- Landing page and conversion path performance, working with design and web
- Attribution and reporting — a clear weekly view of spend, volume, quality, and cost per qualified meeting
- Feedback loop with sales on lead quality, disqualification reasons, and ICP refinement
- Marketing technology stack: CRM hygiene, enrichment, sequencing tools, automation
What We Are Looking For
- 5–7 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, with at least 3 years running paid and outbound programs directly
- A track record of hitting a meetings or pipeline number, not just a traffic or MQL number
- Deep hands-on experience with at least three of: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, cold email at scale, outbound calling programs, paid social
- Strong writing. You will be producing most of the copy yourself, and the copy is usually what decides whether a campaign works
- Comfort with B2B SaaS or services sold to a US audience — you understand how a US buyer reads an ad and what makes them ignore one
- Fluency with the numbers: CAC, cost per meeting, channel-level payback, funnel conversion at each stage
- Working knowledge of a CRM and a marketing automation or sequencing stack
- Willingness to build and lead a small team as the function grows
Useful, not required:
- Experience marketing to HR, finance, or founder personas
- Familiarity with EOR, global payroll, staffing, or adjacent categories
- Experience using AI tools to compress research, list building, copy iteration, or campaign analysis
Why This Role
Demand generation at Wisemonk is currently under-built relative to the size of the market and the strength of our client base. There is no legacy playbook to inherit and no committee to route decisions through. You will decide what we run, set the budget behind it, and see the results in the sales team's calendar within weeks.
The person who does this well will end up running the demand function.
