Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a proven track record of driving leads, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop performance marketing strategies based on business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting.
- Create and test different ad creatives, copies, and campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in paid advertising platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad campaigns.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and conversion funnels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
