NowVia is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Senior ITOM Developer to join our team and contribute to delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients.
If you have strong experience in 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐍𝐨𝐰 𝐈𝐓 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐈𝐓𝐎𝐌) and are passionate about improving operational visibility and automation, we would love to hear from you.

💼 Experience: 4+ Years
🔹𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞
-> ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB
-> MID Server configuration, patterns, probes, and sensors
-> Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer
-> Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
-> Solid understanding of CMDB architecture, CI relationships, and governance
🔹𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
-> Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions
-> Configure and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB
-> Implement integrations using REST, SOAP, and other ServiceNow-supported protocols
-> Maintain CMDB health, data quality, and governance standards
-> Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to improve operational efficiency
-> Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure optimal performance
🎯 ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS-ITOM) will be an added advantage.
