What You'll Be Doing
🔍 Process Discovery & Transformation
Analyse and document current-state operational processes.
Identify bottlenecks, duplication, manual effort, and process inefficiencies.
Design streamlined future-state workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
Develop process maps, business requirements, functional specifications, business rules, and use cases.
🤖 Automation & AI Enablement
Identify opportunities where automation, APIs, workflow technologies, and AI can eliminate or reduce manual activities.
Design and implement solutions using technologies such as:Azure Logic Apps
Python
REST APIs
Power Platform
Integrate systems and automate repetitive operational activities.
Establish validation, exception handling, monitoring, logging, and control mechanisms to ensure reliable outcomes.
📈 Driving Measurable Improvement
Support the implementation and testing of redesigned processes and automation solutions.
Partner with operational stakeholders to validate effectiveness and usability.
Develop documentation, SOPs, training materials, and handover processes.
Measure and report on key improvement metrics including:Cycle Time
Productivity
SLA Performance
Data Accuracy
Quality Outcomes
Manual Effort Reduction
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
✔ Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Process Improvement, Process Transformation, or similar experience
✔ Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design capability
✔ Experience identifying operational inefficiencies and translating them into technology-enabled improvements
✔ Workflow automation and system integration experience
✔ Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
Python
Azure Logic Apps
REST APIs
Power Platform
Integration and Automation Technologies
✔ Experience working across business and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
✔ Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
Highly Desirable
⭐ Experience within MSP, Recruitment, Talent Operations, Workforce Solutions, Shared Services, or Contingent Workforce environments
⭐ Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, Generative AI, AI Agents, or Intelligent Automation
⭐ Experience integrating enterprise applications and SaaS platforms through APIs
⭐ Knowledge of Lean, Agile, Design Thinking, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
⭐ Qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology, Analytics,
Process Improvement, or related disciplines
