Are you passionate about improving processes, working with data, and leveraging technology to create better outcomes? We're looking for a Talent Operations Specialist to join our growing Automation Hub and play a key role in transforming Talent Operations.
In this role, you'll manage high-volume operational activities, ensure exceptional data quality, and identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, automate, and enhance processes through technology and AI. You'll be at the centre of operational excellence, partnering with stakeholders to turn real-world operational insights into smarter, more efficient ways of working.
What You'll Do
✅ Deliver Talent Operations activities accurately and within SLA targets
✅ Maintain data integrity across ATS, CRM, VMS, workflow and reporting systems
✅ Identify process inefficiencies, rework, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
✅ Support automation, workflow optimisation and AI-enabled initiatives
✅ Translate operational insights into clear business requirements
✅ Validate automated outputs and contribute to continuous process improvement
✅ Help create scalable, efficient and future-ready Talent Operations processes
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience in Talent Operations, Recruitment Operations, MSP, Workforce Solutions, Shared Services or BPO environments
✔ Strong process mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
✔ Experience working with ATS, CRM, VMS, ticketing or workflow platforms
✔ Analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems and improving how work gets done
✔ Interest in automation, workflow technology, AI, Power Platform or similar tools
✔ Ability to manage high-volume work while maintaining exceptional quality standards
