We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Node.js, React, JavaScript and AWS. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, technically strong, and comfortable designing and developing scalable cloud-based applications and APIs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop O2P’s web platform and APIs.
Build scalable, secure and cost-effective applications in the AWS cloud.
Work with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, API Gateway and RDS.
Develop and maintain RESTful microservices using Node.js.
Evaluate and adopt appropriate technologies and tools for business requirements.
Follow strong engineering, quality and DevOps practices, including unit testing.
Contribute to CI/CD, observability, reliability and test automation.
Design solutions considering upstream and downstream system impacts.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support applications in production and troubleshoot issues when required.
Collaborate with and mentor team members across APAC, EMEA and the US.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant hands-on software development experience.
Strong experience with Node.js, React and JavaScript.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based application development.
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
Good understanding of both Relational and NoSQL databases.
Strong understanding of API security and data encryption.
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, observability and test automation.
Ability to design scalable, highly available, resilient and cost-effective applications.
Strong architectural and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
A curious, growth-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a global team.
