💼 Experience: 2–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct engaging training sessions on Communication Skills, Customer Service, Business Etiquette, Presentation Skills & Behavioural Skills.
• Identify training needs through performance analysis, feedback, and interaction with stakeholders.
• Design and update training modules, activities, assessments, and training material.
• Conduct classroom, workshop, and refresher training sessions.
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, observations, and feedback.
• Provide individual coaching and feedback to improve communication and professional behaviour.
Preferred: BPO/Customer Service/Sales/Insurance training experience.
