🔬 WE’RE HIRING | LAB INCHARGE
Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh
Job Type: Full-time | On-site
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Exquisite Aqua LLP is looking for a Lab Incharge to join our team in Agra.
If you have a strong understanding of water quality, laboratory testing, quality control, and beverage manufacturing, and enjoy working hands-on with processes and product development, we’d love to hear from you.
🧪 Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations and testing
• Conduct routine quality control and analytical testing of water and finished products
• Maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, records, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with quality and laboratory procedures
• Conduct R&D trials to improve existing processes and develop new products
• Analyze test results and identify quality/process deviations
• Troubleshoot laboratory and production-related quality issues
• Coordinate with production and other teams to maintain consistent product quality
• Maintain proper laboratory hygiene, safety, and testing standards
🎓 What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role in Beverage Manufacturing / Packaged Drinking Water
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Laboratory Equipment
• Strong analytical and laboratory skills
• Practical experience with R&D and product/process trials
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of laboratory operations
