About the Role
As an Oracle Core HR Functional Resource, you will be a strategic driver within our People Technology team, executing the vision for our Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem. Process Excellence: Define and implement robust frameworks for system configuration and technical documentation, ensuring high-quality deliverables across the team.

Lifecycle Oversight: Provide strategic guidance throughout the product delivery lifecycle, ensuring every feature exceeds business requirements and adheres to rigorous quality standards.
Future-Proofing: Monitor Oracle HCM Cloud release cycles and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities for enhancement and competitive advantage.
---- Basic Qualifications ----
Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, configuration, and support.
Toolkit: Expert-level proficiency in Visual Builder Studio (VBS), HCM Data Loader (HDL), HSDL, Approvals & Notifications, and SQL.
Execution: Proven track record of configuring highly scalable, resilient solutions that address intricate global business requirements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, HR Technology, or a related field.
Adaptability: Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver high-performance results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Certification: Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR certification is strongly preferred.

Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep understanding of the HR tech landscape, including integrations with third-party Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and Payroll providers.
