Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive
Company: EventIron
Location: India
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
About EventIron
EventIron is a growing MarTech and SalesTech services company that helps businesses get more value from their technology stack through the right mix of people, process, technology, and data. We work across areas such as marketing automation, CRM, event tech, integrations, and digital operations.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with 6 months to 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, content, or brand building, who is ready to independently own and execute marketing activities rather than just assist with them.
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing and managing digital marketing activities across LinkedIn, social media, website, SEO, content, email marketing, and digital campaigns. The role will involve planning and executing campaigns, tracking performance, analyzing digital marketing metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with internal teams to drive EventIron’s marketing initiatives across social media, website, blogs, and email marketing — taking ownership of planning, execution, and performance reporting in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Own and grow EventIron’s social media presence, especially on LinkedIn and build strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Create and execute social media campaigns aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Coordinate with internal team members to gather content ideas, updates, achievements, and campaign inputs
Plan and execute social media content, captions, campaigns, and content calendars.
Schedule, publish, and manage the day-to-day social media posting cadence
Track and analyze social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions, and optimize content accordingly.
Content & Blog Management
Work with internal subject matter experts to gather inputs for blogs, articles, and thought leadership content
Research, draft, edit, and optimize blogs and articles for the website with minimal supervision.
Own the content publishing calendar and ensure timely delivery
Repurpose and distribute content across social media, email campaigns, and website channels to maximize reach and engagement.
Apply basic SEO practices, including keyword usage, headings, meta descriptions, and internal linking, to improve content visibility.
Website Management
Manage, update, and optimize website content including blogs, service pages, announcements, and other marketing content.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders or external web support as needed
Review website pages for content accuracy, SEO, user experience, formatting, and consistency.
Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to increase traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Use Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Search Console to monitor website traffic, search performance, and user engagement.
Email Marketing
Plan, draft, and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content.
Own email campaign execution end-to-end in coordination with the internal team
Manage audience segmentation, email personalization, content formatting, scheduling, and campaign tracking.
Monitor and analyze email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Support lead-generation and lead-nurturing campaigns through email marketing.
Team Coordination & Execution
Work closely with leadership and internal teams to gather information, align timelines, and drive tasks to closure
Follow up with relevant team members to ensure marketing deliverables move on time
Maintain and update the marketing activity tracker and content calendar independently
Support other branding, campaign, and communication tasks as needed
Skills & Qualifications
6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably B2B or MarTech/SaaS
MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid working knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing practices
Demonstrated experience in content writing, branding, or B2B marketing
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders independently
Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
Working knowledge of website content management systems, email marketing tools, Canva, or social media scheduling tools
