Content & Growth Associate
Full-time | On-site | Kolkata
Experience: Fresher / 0–2 years
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Content & Growth Associate to help us build Sequoia Print’s presence online and reach new brands and businesses.
This is not just a social media role. We’re looking for someone who can create content, shoot and edit videos, spot interesting ideas, research potential brands, and help us reach out to them.
What you’ll do
* Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms
* Shoot simple reels, product videos and behind-the-scenes content
* Edit short-form videos and photographs for social media
* Come up with fresh content ideas, formats and campaigns
* Manage the content calendar, posting and basic social media engagement
* Research startups, D2C brands and potential clients
* Build prospect lists and assist with email, LinkedIn and Instagram outreach
* Explore collaborations, partnerships and other ways to grow our reach
* Track what content is working and continuously experiment with new ideas
Who we’re looking for
* Fresher or 0–2 years of experience
* Comfortable with Canva and basic video-editing tools such as CapCut/Premiere Pro
* Good written and spoken English
* Comfortable shooting content on a phone
* Strong sense of aesthetics and social media trends
* Good at online research and comfortable reaching out to new people
* Proactive and resourceful — someone who can take an idea and actually execute it
Experience in printing or packaging is not required. We care more about creativity, curiosity and execution.
