HR Recruiter

We are Hiring: HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)
Location: Thane (Naupada) | Work-from-Office
Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Sunday Fixed Off)
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for both IT (Developers, Cyber Security, Data, DevOps, QA) and Non-IT roles (Sales, BD, Admin, Operations).
Source quality talent using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and social media.
Screen candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate salaries, and manage offer rollouts.
Track metrics including candidate pipeline, Time-to-Hire, and Offer-to-Joining ratios.
Requirements
1–3 years of core recruitment experience (IT & Non-IT background strongly preferred).
Hands-on expertise using major job portals and ATS/HRMS tools.
Strong candidate screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for candidate tracking.
Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
