Electrical Engineer - Civil Engineering/Construction Industry

Concept Dash is looking for an Electrical Engineer to support the design, execution, and coordination of electrical engineering activities across infrastructure, construction, and industrial projects. The role involves electrical system design and review, site coordination, technical documentation, testing and commissioning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Role & Responsibilities
Design, review, and troubleshoot electrical systems, power distribution systems, control panels, and field equipment.
Support electrical installations and ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.
Support engineering activities for infrastructure, construction, and industrial projects.
Review electrical drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.
Coordinate with Project Managers, survey teams, CAD/GIS teams, contractors, and clients.
Participate in site coordination, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities as required.
Prepare technical reports, BOQs, progress updates, inspection reports, and other engineering documentation.
Identify engineering risks, troubleshoot technical issues, and recommend practical solutions.
Ensure engineering deliverables meet project quality standards, timelines, and specifications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Provide technical support during project execution and resolve electrical engineering-related issues
Required Skill Sets
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, control panels, and electrical installations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and preparing electrical drawings.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, safety requirements, and engineering practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
BIM/Revit experience is an added advantage.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant professional experience in electrical engineering.
Experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or engineering projects is preferred.
Hands-on experience with electrical design, drawings, site coordination, inspections, or commissioning will be an advantage.
Candidates should be willing to support project/site requirements as needed.
