Role Description The Cardiologist will provide comprehensive cardiac care, including outpatient consultations, inpatient management, and emergency cardiac services at Apex Hospitals in Jaipur. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and treating cardiovascular diseases, interpreting diagnostic tests, performing or coordinating interventional procedures where applicable, and developing individualized treatment plans. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, participation in case discussions, and contribution to clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives. The Cardiologist will also engage in patient and family education, support preventive cardiology programs, and maintain accurate medical records in line with hospital policies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Medicine and Cardiology, with the ability to manage a broad spectrum of cardiovascular conditions.
Competence in Interventional Cardiology and Vascular care, including the assessment and management of complex coronary and peripheral vascular cases.
Experience or training in Nuclear Medicine applications relevant to cardiology, such as cardiac imaging and stress testing.
Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and postgraduate qualification in Cardiology (MD/DM or equivalent), with valid medical registration.
Proven clinical decision-making skills, adherence to evidence-based guidelines, and commitment to patient-centered care.
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to participate in continuous professional development, teaching, and clinical audit activities.
Prior experience in a tertiary care or super-speciality hospital setting is an advantage.
