Job Summary
A .NET Technical Lead is a senior role responsible for:
Leading .NET-based software development teams
Driving technical architecture and solution design

1. Technical Leadership Responsibilities
Define technical architecture and design using .NET, C#, APIs, and microservices
Guide the team on best practices, coding standards, and frameworks
Review code, solution design, and architecture decisions
Solve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges
Ensure security, data protection, and system reliability
Drive adoption of modern technologies (cloud, DevOps, automation)
2. Project / Program Management Responsibilities
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Create project plans, estimations, and resource allocation
Track progress and ensure on-time delivery
Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
Drive Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Ensure quality, governance, and compliance with SDLC
Monitor overall project health, budget, and performance metrics
3. Team & People Management
Lead a team of developers, QA, and engineers
Mentor junior and mid-level developers
Conduct code reviews and technical coaching
Build team capability and ensure productivity
Support hiring, onboarding, and performance improvement

Work with clients, product owners, and business stakeholders
Translate business requirements → technical solutions
Manage stakeholder expectations and communication
Participate in solution discussions, feasibility analysis, and cost evaluation
