Role Description This full-time, on-site Human Resources Recruiting Specialist role is based in Vadodara. The specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and supporting offer and onboarding processes. Daily activities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting job descriptions on relevant platforms, and maintaining accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, engaging with potential talent through professional networks, and ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage. The specialist will contribute to HR operations as needed, such as maintaining recruitment reports and supporting continuous improvement of hiring practices.
Qualifications
Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills, with experience handling recruitment-related processes.
Proficiency in Hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection decisions.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Experience with Employer Branding initiatives to attract and retain high-quality talent.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and common job boards or professional networking platforms.
Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, manage multiple requisitions, and meet recruitment timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of basic labor regulations and standard HR policies; prior experience in an HR or recruiting role is an advantage.
