Trainee Executive, Digital Marketing

AdRefresh is seeking a full time Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing organization. It is a great opportunity for the right candidate to make an enormous difference in a small, fast paced Digital Media startup.
Responsibilities
Own all AdOps components including campaign trafficking and reporting
Interact with clients to execute campaigns
Optimize campaigns and troubleshoot any campaign issues.
Review creatives, third party tags or any related campaign settings
Monitor campaign pacing and performance on a daily basis to ensure proper delivery of campaigns
Collaborate with team to not only maintain ad operations, but improve and streamline processes wherever possible
Desired skills
Great communication skills, both oral and written
Good analytical and reporting skills (proficiency in MS Excel)
Must be willing to work in US time zones
Adaptive to change and ability to learn quickly
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time efficiently
Passionate about maintaining a fully up-to-date knowledge of all ad-operations advancements, current and future trends
Ability to prioritize and work towards deadlines
Mature individual who acts on their own initiative and assumes ownership of their work
Team player who is dedicated to providing a consistently high level of service to all clients.
Added advantage with Digital Marketing Domain knowledge (Google Ads, Search and Facebook ads)
