Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The specialist will engage prospective and existing clients via phone, explain Shiksolve Education’s counseling and learning offerings, and convert inquiries into enrollments. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound leads, understanding client needs, and recommending suitable education or training solutions. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM tools, following up on leads, and meeting or exceeding sales and conversion targets. The Telesales Specialist will collaborate with counseling and training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and provide ongoing customer support.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and a professional phone presence.
Candidates should possess Sales skills, with the ability to convert leads, handle objections, and work toward defined targets.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as understanding learning programs and explaining them clearly to prospective clients.
Relevant experience in telesales, inside sales, or counseling for education or professional development services is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time efficiently, and handle high volumes of calls and follow-ups.
Comfort with basic computer applications and CRM or lead management tools.
Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in sales or counseling are an advantage.
