🚨 WE’RE HIRING | META ADS SPECIALIST
Shiksolve Education is looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in EdTech and ODL (Online/Distance Learning) programs.
📍 Location: Gurugram, Sector 47
💼 Experience: Minimum 2 Years
🎓 Industry: EdTech / ODL Programs – Mandatory
🕐 Job Type: Full-time | On-site
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for ODL/EdTech programs
• Manage Facebook & Instagram lead-generation and conversion campaigns
• Develop audience targeting, retargeting and remarketing strategies
• Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS and overall campaign performance
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize spend based on performance
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences and ad copies
• Analyze lead quality and work closely with the sales team to improve conversions
• Track campaign performance through Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and relevant tracking tools
• Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining lead quality and acquisition costs
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and actionable insights
🔹 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
• EdTech / ODL experience is mandatory
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns
• Experience handling performance marketing budgets
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization
• Understanding of tracking, pixels, events and conversion funnels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with sales teams to improve lead-to-admission conversion
🎯 We are specifically looking for candidates who have already handled Meta campaigns for EdTech/ODL programs.
