Note: Only uPVC Doors / Windows / Facade industry will be acceptable

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the design of uPVC profiles and development of uPVC window and door systems with focus on innovation and manufacturability.
2. Create detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD/SolidWorks or similar tools.
3. Coordinate with product, engineering, procurement and production teams for successful product development.
4. Ensure designs comply with applicable quality standards and building regulations.
5. Optimize designs for cost, performance and ease of manufacturing.
6. Conduct market research and incorporate customer feedback into new product designs.
7. Support new product development, testing and prototype validation.
8. Maintain complete design documentation, BOMs and revision records.
9. Mentor junior designers and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Strong knowledge of uPVC profiles, manufacturing processes and project management is preferred.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD tools.
Good understanding of UPVC profiles, hardware, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
