📢 We’re Hiring: Telesales / Inside Sales / Telecalling Executive – Tyre Sales
📍 Location: Gurugram

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales / Inside Sales Executives for our tyre sales business.
The candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers and tyre dealers, understanding their tyre requirements, recommending suitable tyre options, and converting enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers/dealers.
• Understand tyre requirements based on vehicle, size, brand preference, and budget.
• Recommend suitable tyre brands and products to customers.
• Explain tyre pricing, offers, availability, and product benefits.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into tyre sales/orders.
• Follow up with customers for pending enquiries and repeat business.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships over calls and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with internal teams for tyre availability, pricing, order processing, and delivery.
• Maintain records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
• Kannada speaking is mandatory.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable handling customers and closing sales over phone calls.
• Knowledge of Hindi and/or English will be an added advantage.
• Target-oriented with a strong interest in sales.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
• Previous experience in Tyre Sales, Automobile Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Sales, or Business Development will be preferred.
• Candidates having knowledge of tyre brands, tyre sizes, automobile products, or the automotive aftermarket will have an added advantage.
