Role Description The Key Accounts Executive – Facility Services is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships. The role involves overseeing key account portfolios, coordinating facility service delivery, and ensuring service quality and contract compliance. Day-to-day tasks include handling client queries, resolving issues promptly, preparing performance reports, and supporting renewals and upselling opportunities. The Key Accounts Executive will collaborate with operations, finance, and service teams to align service delivery with client expectations and business objectives. The role also requires active participation in review meetings, tracking account performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations across multiple client locations/sites.
Handle and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients and key stakeholders.
Ensure smooth deployment and effective utilization of manpower across various sites.
Lead, supervise, and motivate a large team of facility management staff.
Monitor attendance, manpower availability, shift schedules, and deployment.
Ensure compliance with agreed SLA/KPI and maintain high service standards.
Conduct regular site visits and operational reviews to identify and resolve issues.
Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of operational challenges.
Coordinate with site teams, supervisors, vendors, and support functions.
Monitor operational costs, manpower productivity, and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, safety standards, and client guidelines.
Prepare and review operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
Support client retention and contribute towards business growth through effective service delivery.
Candidate ProfileGraduate in any discipline; relevant certification in Facility Management will be an advantage.
Previous experience as a Facility Manager / Operations Manager is mandatory.
Strong experience in handling multiple clients and multiple sites.
Proven experience in managing and deploying large manpower teams.
Strong client management and communication skills.
Good understanding of facility management operations and service delivery.
Ability to handle pressure, resolve conflicts, and manage multiple priorities.
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across client locations/sites as required.
