About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Placements & Corporate Relations Associate to
expand upGrad’s employer ecosystem and drive career outcomes for learners across
Data Science, Analytics, Digital Marketing and related domains. The role demands strong
industry outreach, stakeholder management and a sound understanding of hiring needs
in fast-growing digital fields.
Key Responsibilities
• Expand Employer Network: Identify, engage, and onboard companies to create
a strong and active hiring pipeline.
• Deepen Corporate Relationships: Build trusted partnerships with HR and
business leaders, ensuring consistent job opportunities.
• Match Learners to Roles: Coordinate with placement teams to align openings
with learner skills and program tracks.
• Gather Hiring Insights: Stay updated on industry requirements and translate
them into placement strategies.
• Monitor & Improve Outcomes: Track placement performance, streamline
processes, and drive higher conversion rates.
• Deliver on Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly placement goals while
ensuring partner and learner satisfaction.
Requirements
• MBA preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Recruitment, or
Placements, ideally in Education or tech domains.
• Strong network and understanding of hiring trends in Data Science, Analytics, and
Digital Marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
