Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare BOQ, estimate quantities, and review BOQs for MEP works.
Conduct site visits to measure plumbing, HVAC systems, LV/MV panels, electrical installations, fire fighting systems, and other MEP services.
Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure accurate measurements and resolve any discrepancies.
Assist in preparing bills of quantity (BOQ) and estimates for construction projects.
Provide support during site supervision by ensuring compliance with project requirements.
