Role: Automation Tester
Locations: Pune / Coimbatore / Bangalore
Required Skills:
5 - 7 years of experience in Test Automation- TOSCA and UFT
Strong hands-on expertise in TOSCA, UFT and qTest
Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using UFT/TOSCA
Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across H2R processes.
Analyze defects, validate fixes, and collaborate with functional teams.
Manage test execution, reporting, and defect tracking through ALM.
Maintain reusable automation assets and support release validation activities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in HR/HCM applications and H2R business processes.
Knowledge of Hiring, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time Management, and Employee Lifecycle modules.
Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors testing is an advantage.
Experience in automation framework enhancement and maintenance.
