Graphic Designer

Mikado is a creative design and technology agency working across branding, marketing collateral, and digital product design. We're looking for a Graphic Designer with strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma to create high-quality visual work across brand and digital projects.
What you'll be responsible for
Design brand identities, logos, marketing collateral, social media creatives, and print materials.
Create UI screens, digital assets, and layout designs in Figma for web and app projects.
Translate client briefs and creative direction into polished, on-brand visual output.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables.
Prepare design files, exports, and assets that are development-ready (proper naming, sizing, and organisation).
Collaborate with account managers and developers to ensure designs are accurate, feasible, and delivered on time.
Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate across multiple concurrent projects.
Stay current with design trends and tools across branding, digital, and UI design.
What we're looking for
2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
Strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and brand consistency.
Basic familiarity with UI design principles (spacing, grids, responsive layouts) is a plus.
A strong portfolio showing range across branding and/or digital design work.
Ability to take direction well while also contributing original creative ideas.
Good time management — comfortable handling multiple projects and deadlines.
Clear communicator, able to explain design choices to non-designers.
