Location:Banaglore
Notice Period:Immediate
Experience:1-3years
Support India green badge employees time and attendance query’s via MyHR chat and calls. As per legal guidelines.
Must know English, Hindi ,Tamil
Ownership, Insist on the Highest Standards, Learn and Be Curious
Voice, Call and Chat support in the languages mentioned above
Should Speak & understand the languages mentioned above
MyHR chat and calls, Handle live contacts from GB EEs, Maintain AHT 12 Mins, CSAT (HMD) >90%
Handle MyHR chat and calls queries and providing resolution for time and attendance Issues.
