Affiliate Manager – Mobile App Campaigns

Aduclick Business Services is hiring an experienced Affiliate Manager – Mobile App Campaigns to manage and scale mobile performance campaigns.
This position is specifically for candidates who already have professional experience in mobile affiliate marketing / mobile performance marketing.
Work Location: Remote (anywhere in India) or from our office / on-site — both options are available.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and scale CPI, CPA, CPL and event-based mobile app campaigns
• Manage relationships with affiliates, publishers and advertisers
• Source and onboard quality mobile traffic partners
• Monitor conversions, caps, KPIs, traffic quality and profitability
• Coordinate campaign launches and optimization with publishers
• Work with Android and iOS campaigns
• Monitor attribution and campaign performance through MMPs
• Identify fraud and poor-quality traffic
• Develop and maintain publisher relationships
• Take campaigns from initial launch through successful scaling
Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant affiliate / performance marketing experience
• Hands-on experience specifically with MOBILE APP campaigns
• Experience managing CPI, CPA and/or event-based campaigns
• Direct experience working with affiliates / publishers
• Understanding of MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular or similar
• Knowledge of attribution, postbacks, tracking links, click IDs and conversion tracking
• Understanding of mobile traffic quality and fraud
Strong Preference:
Candidates who already have an active network of mobile publishers / affiliates and experience scaling international mobile campaigns.
IMPORTANT: This is NOT an entry-level position. Freshers and candidates without Mobile Affiliate / App Performance Marketing experience should not apply.
